Pigs are committed to the project, do the work, and are accountable. 2 - Hands The hands reaching out to each other show collaboration and help each other on the team. One example in Agile is Extreme Programming (XP). 3 - Ideas Sometimes there are ideas or thoughts that inspire the team to pursue on route or another. 5 - Roadmap It’s good to have a roadmap for the team, so everyone is on the same page of what the scrum team is trying to achieve. 8 - Inspect and Adapt A big part of Agile is inspecting and adapting, this way the team can continuously improve. 13 - Pizza Sometimes scrum teams are described as pizza teams. Specifically, a ‘Two Pizza Team’ coined by Jeff Bezos is where a team is small enough to be fed by two pizzas. 21 - Teamwork It takes a team to get things done. Infinity The infinity symbol is meant for team members to say that a story is too big, there could be all sorts of possibilities. Question Meant for team members to say they have a question about the story. Coffee Cup Meant for team members to say they want a break, such as a coffee break.
